Upon the identification of the іпjᴜгed bull, the Vet Unit partnered with the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (DSWT) airplane to locate its position along the riverbanks.

Treatment comprised the application of a tincture of iodine and Oxytetracycline spray, followed by a covering of wetted green clay.
Medication included the administration of 50 cc of Dexamethasone Hcl intravenously through the ear vein and 200 cc of long-acting Amoxicillin intramuscularly.
